Enable MTU Discovery (Windows 95/98/Me)

This setting specifies whether the TCP/IP stack will attempt to perform path MTU discovery as specified in RFC 1191.

Open your registry and find the key below.

Create a new string value (or DWORD value for Windows 95) named "PMTUDiscovery" and set it to equal "1" to enable discovery or "0" to disable it.

Restart Windows for the change to take effect.
